BDK MOBILITY FOR BJJ COURSE + BDK YOGA FOR COMBAT ATHLETES PROGRAMS

Led by Cameron Shayne the Budokon Yoga For Combat Athletes and Mobility for BJJ coaching program is a 1 week (including arrival and departure days) certification program bundle combining Yoga For Combat Athletes & Mobility For Jiu-Jitsu into a singular program. The Budokon Mobility Coach for BJJ understands joints and how to construct, deconstruct, progress, regress and relate over 50 movement patterns to Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling. The Budokon Yoga for Combat Athletes coach understands the science of breath, stretching, and recovery as it applies to grapplers, wrestlers, and strikers.

Budokon Yoga and Mobility For Combat Athletes Certified Coaches will learn to lead warmups and cool downs, breath work, guide fundamental nutrition protocol and teach signature Budokon Mobility and Budokon Yoga sequencing. First and foremost the Coach understands joints and how the placement and arrangement of joints in combat conditions informs their joints longevity. This is exceptionally important for combat athletes whose joints are at greatest risk from the variety of ranges and positions their anatomy requires to fight. Our focus for this course is to develop a more complete combat athlete and coach by outlining and exploring the transitions that support, compliment and improve movement within the combat container.

In addition this course will explore other areas of personal development essential for coaching including: Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Relationships, Nutrition, & Environmental Awareness.

There are only 20 limited spots at BDK Montana. Due to this fact there are NO exceptions for refunds. If for any reason you need to change course dates, your payment is FULLY TRANSFERABLE with a 60 day notification of cancelation. The full tuition fee must be paid 60 days prior to certification course start date.

Led by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt Cameron Shayne this coaching program in Montana is designed to develop mobility coaches for Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling environments. Budokon Mobility Certified Coaches are taught to lead conditioning warmups, hold workshops, and teach mobility one on one. Budokon University is located in Whitefish, Montana on a gorgeous five acre plot of land carved out from surrounding protected national forest. Surrounded only by nature the home was thoughtfully designed for retreat, recovery and a deep dive into self. 

We are just five miles from the  prestigious ski destination of Whitefish Mountain Resort. We are only ten minutes from Downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Lake City Beach. And if that not enough we are only forty five minutes from the world renown Glacier National Park.

Our meals are prepared by Holistic Health Educator Melayne Shayne and primarily 100% organic plant based meals with periodically offered ethically raised grass fed chicken, fish, eggs, dairy or meat. There is space for storing food for those with special dietary needs.
